He remind us of the dos and don'ts of meeting strangers, showing homes, cell phone conversations and general safety issues. We've heard a lot of it before and we forgot of lot of it since we heard it.
He had many things that we haven't heard before.

We've heard that he should speak to all chapters.
We did that last year. I don't know if it was the same speaker. He went up to the microphone, told a few people about their plans and different things that the people has talked about and didn't know he was listening. It was very funny and eye opening.
